In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Please always use your school assigned Email address to fill out support requests, failure to do so will result in your ticket being automatically marked as spam and it will never make it to us.
